Image result for wiz khalifa and amber rose
Amber Rose has publicly said her heart belongs to Wiz Khalifa. He in the other hand, hasnt been much vocal about his feelings. Looks like he was trying to pen them down in a song. In a new song 'Rico Love's "Somebody Else...Wiz raps
Thought I had it
All the magic, I couldn’t imagine
That it would all end tragic
Automatically I’m the bad one
I was only doing us
Gave everything, a kid and house
And a wedding ring
And now you talk about you could do better things
How did we get this way?
How do you entertain that bullsh-t?
Why you even care what Instagram got to say?
Now when you see me, we don’t act the same
Smiling on TV tryna hide the pain
An empty seat where you used to be with me on the plane
That empty hole in my heart
Will I ever love again?
You had your way and you know it
Ain’t thinking forward, you still in the past
Ain’t gon’ lie, I spent some time thinking if we could’ve lasted
Screaming ‘F-ck the world,’ I know what’s behind those glasses
Rollin’ up another joint thinkin’ bout the last
Being alone ain’t what you wanna be
And me with a girl ain’t what you wanna see
Truthfully, it’ ain’t you, it’s me.

Ali Baba Says - "Generosity is not compulsary"

@alibabagcfr: "Generosity... Is a life dictate but no be by force oooo! You no know wetin the person you ask for help, also need help for. Just bear it in mind that, everyone has their personal battles. If someone is battling on how to pay school fees, it's the wrongest time to ask the person for a small loan to make up the amount you want to use to buy an iPhone 6S that you saw at very good price.
People will weigh what you want to do, against the sacrifice they have to make to help you or the important things on their to do list. They may choose to also consider your lifestyle and your capacity to pay back. Not to mention that major consideration of if they can afford to not get the loan back. There is also the matter of who needs help the most at the time you asked for it.

The person in hospital needing surgery or you who wants to buy a laptop for your business? Is it a guy who needs to pay school fees or your rent that is due? A single guy who needs cash or a single mum who has to feed herself and hers? Are you a generous person? Would you help others if it were you? Are you the person's responsibility? What attitude did you exhibit when you asked for the assistance? There are people who do not have, but do not mind going broke to help you or even going to borrow to sort you out. However, some people just don't like to help. They can have what they can help with, several times over, they still won't help.
While you have some people who have donor fatigue and just need some time to recover. Sat with wealthy man last year, he taught me about dynamics of generosity. He said, "2 people get N10m... One decides to spend his on looking good. Shoes! Clothes! Perfumes! Good life! All the works...... The other spends his on doing good by spending on friends in need and family..... The wealthy man now asked me, who do you think society will consider the most successful? I answered the guy looking good. He said of course! And added, that is why anyone who likes to do good has to work harder so that his good works don't come to nothing. Because, his 10m has to become 30m or else the stingy guys 10m will look like 30m, since Nigerians believe and live by what they see than what is real"

PDP releases press statement on AIT ban, says it's dangerous for democracy

Image result for PDP releases press statement on AIT ban, says it's dangerous for democracy

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has described as unacceptable the Monday’s directive by the President-elect, Gen. Muhammadu Buhari to bar a television house, the AIT, from covering his activities, saying the suppression of the media under any guise portends danger for the nation’s democracy.

PDP National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh in a statement on Tuesday said that after carefully studying the defence posited by General Buhari’s campaign spokesperson as well as the smokescreen statement by the APC to cover and mitigate his anti-media posture, the PDP and indeed all lovers of democracy are persuaded that the action was not only unjustifiable, but also unconstitutional and completely against the spirit of liberty and the rule of law in a democracy.

He said “the PDP as a party that have nurtured the nation’s democracy in the past 16 years cannot afford to fold its hands and watch the constitutional rights, media freedom and personal liberty of Nigerians, the basic tenets of democracy being demolished.

“We ask, is this a beginning of the feared erosion of the freedom and personal liberty the media and Nigerian citizens have been enjoying in the last 16 years under the PDP led-administration? Has our dear nation finally fallen into the clutches of totalitarianism and impunity where government actions will based on egocentric decisions and impulses of individuals rather than the rule of law?

“While we assure the President-elect of our resolve to run a mature and responsible opposition based on issues, we are disturbed by this emerging development and reassure the Nigerian people that we will continue to stand with them on issues of democracy and freedom at all times.

“Perhaps, we need to remind General Buhari that part of the challenge of his new position, even as President-elect is that he has lost his private life which is now subject to public scrutiny and media interrogation, as required of the custodian of the mandate of the Nigerian people.

“The PDP is not oblivious of the background of the President-elect especially as it relates to the freedom of the media, but we had thought that having declared to be a converted democrat, he would make himself amenable to the basic principles of democracy by following the due process of the law on any circumstance.

“General Buhari may also wish to be reminded that the Nigerian constitution upon which provisions he emerged President-elect, also gave the media powers to cover activities of public office holders while at the same time providing legal avenues for redress in the event of any violation. If the right of the President-elect was in anyway violated by the AIT or any media house for that matter, he is expected to act within the law and seek redress in the courts otherwise one would have no option than to conclude that he is out for personal vendetta.

“The APC and the President-elect may have one or two lessons to pick from President Goodluck Jonathan, who though the most maligned and abused President in the history of our nation, even by the APC, allowed his actions to be sufficiently guided by humility, tolerance and the rule of law”, the PDP said.

The party called on Nigerians not to despair but remain steadfast and unite in resisting any anti-democratic tendencies intended to instill fear in them and set the stage for a dictatorial order and the erosion of their personal freedom and liberty as citizens, which they have been enjoying in the last 16 years under the PDP.

Boko Haram insurgents have launched an attack on Baga, Borno state leaving two dead and seven injured.
The casualties occurred after the terrorists launched a rocket against a military vehicle, according to eyewitness accounts given on Tuesday, April 21, 2015.
The attack reportedly took place as the military escorted 1,200 indigenes of the town on a brief return visit after they were displaced by the terrorists.

“Following the attack which killed two soldiers there was a prolonged gun battle ‎between soldiers and the Boko Haram gunmen, which forced the gunmen to flee,” vigilante, Haruna Shuaibu said.
Baga became the centre of international attention in January after it was reported that Boko Haram had killed 2,000 residents of the town.

Ondo deputy gov’s impeachment notice null, says APC

Image result for Ondo State House of Assembly Served impeachment notice on Deputy Governor

The Ondo State chapter has described as null and void, the impeachment notice served on the Deputy Governor, Ali Olanusi, who defected to the APC from the Peoples Democratic Party two days to the March 28 presidential election.
The APC in a statement by its publicity secretary, Abayomi Adesanya, said Olanusi could not have been served an impeachment notice on Monday since Olanusi had gone on a routine medical check up since Saturday.
He explained that the law stipulates that an impeachment notice can only be served in person and not in absentia.
The statement read, “We are aware of the purported impeachment notice served on the Deputy Governor, Alhaji Ali Olanusi, by the Ondo State House of Assembly. The deputy governor had written to the Governor, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, on Friday April 17, 2015, with Ref. No. OBG/A/136/67, that he will be going on a routine medical check up outside the country.
“Baba (Olanusi) had since travelled out on Saturday April 18, 2015. So, it is laughable for the ‘rubber-stamp’ House of Assembly to have claimed it has served the deputy governor an impeachment notice knowing that the law does not permit one to serve an impeachment notice in absentia. The notice is a nullity.”
